Support and after-care is our differentiator.
We have a partnership with the UK's largest network of bicycle repair specialists, who can offer premium support in a number of ways, such as:
1) New ebike set up and safety check. They can even come to you, subject to your location (travel charge may be applicable).
2) Warranty issues. If you have an issue with a warrantied part or product, simply contact us, and we will arrange replacements and expert assistance if required.
3) On-going servicing (we recommend a first-30 day service and a regular ongoing service plan) - details available on request.
4) Ad hoc repairs - sometimes accidents do happen. We can put you in touch with the right people, when you need them.
